These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lusty Owl website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on our website.

1. Age requirement

This store is intended only for adults who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence. You must not use the store or purchase age-restricted products if you are not legally permitted to do so.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours, packaging and minor details can vary because of screen settings, manufacturing updates or supplier changes. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorised and we confirm that it can be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or shipping to the destination is not permitted. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices may be displayed in a currency associated with the selected country or region. The final amount, currency, taxes, discounts and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Currency-conversion differences or charges imposed by a bank or card provider are outside our control.

Import duties, taxes or customs charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility. Customers must ensure that ordered products are lawful to import and possess at their destination.

6. Returns and hygiene

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Because intimate products raise hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used products may be non-returnable unless defective, damaged or incorrect. Contact support before returning an item.

7. Product use

Products must be used only as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and care guidance. Stop using a product if it causes pain, irritation, damage or an unexpected reaction. Product information on this store is general information and is not medical advice.
